A firm commitment to diversity has been fundamental to EPRI’s continued success over the past 40 years. Individuals come to EPRI from a wide range of global communities, cultures and backgrounds, and all are known for excellence in their technical and professional fields. While we are focused on delivering research and development for the electricity industry, we gain our strength from our team and the variety of perspectives and backgrounds they bring. More than 36 languages are spoken by EPRI staff. Yet, even as our languages are many, our message is clear: people of all races, cultures and backgrounds are welcome and valued at EPRI.

E-Verify
The Electric Power Research Institute participates in E-Verify. E-Verify is an online system operated jointly by the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration (SSA). EPRI uses the system to check the work. status of new hires by comparing information from the employee's 1-9 form against SSA and Department of Homeland Security databases.
